By train: The Saint-Raphaël Valescure SNCF train station is about 2.5 km away.
You can easily reach the studio by taxi, bus, or on foot along the coast.

By bus: There’s a bus stop right across from the residence on Route de la Corniche.

! Note: The cleaning fee includes: cleaning + sheets + towels + bath mats and dish towels! A security deposit of 800 euros is required a few days before arrival to gain access to the accommodation, along with a valid form of identification!

Article 1: **Definitions** 1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying at the property as part of a reservation.
1.2 **Host**: the owner or manager of the property hosting travelers.
1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay.

Article 2: **Maximum Number of Guests** 2.1 The maximum number of guests authorized to stay on the premises is set at 5 guests. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Adding any additional guests beyond this number is prohibited without the host’s prior consent.

Article 3: **Request for an Exception** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the Host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3.2 The Host reserves the right to accept or deny the request based on the property’s capacity, local regulations, and availability.

Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Guests agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: **Penalties for Noncompliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with limits on the number of guests or with the rules for respecting the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate eviction from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.

Article 6: **Amendments to the Rules** 6.1 The Host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon notification to the guests.

Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules** 7.1 The reservation and stay on the premises imply the travelers’ unreserved acceptance of these rules.


Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Security Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all guests prior to check-in. This security deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules during the stay. 8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €800 and must be paid to the host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date. 8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all conditions of these rules have been complied with.

8.4 Withholding: In the event of damage, loss, or violations, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld. The Tenant shall provide a detailed inventory report as well as documentation of the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items, or cover additional costs resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.


These rules have been established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All guests are asked to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay.


**Article 9: Environmental Responsibility and Energy Management** 9.1 **Principles of Environmental Responsibility**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly regarding the use of heating systems, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment. 9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to:
- Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20 °C in winter and 25 °C in summer.
- Turn off the heating/air conditioning when they are not present or when windows are open.
- Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner. 9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use.

9.4 **Penalties and Fines**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the excess consumption and the environmental damage observed.

9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The Host agrees to provide guests with all necessary information regarding the eco-responsible use of facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behavior during their stay.

This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact of their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.
