On the third floor, you will love the open and bright 35 sq.m living area (living room, dining room, and open plan kitchen separated by the open spaces), one bedroom, and one small tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separated toilet, and a small washbasin. On the fourth floor, there is a large (20 sq.m) air conditioned bedroom opening into a 30 sq.m terrace with a 180-degree view of the city on the south west side and partial sea view. Completely renovated recently with high quality materials, the apartment has been well furnished and equipped to make you have a comfortable stay. It is continuously upgraded. On the greenery surrounded terrace partially shaded by a linen pergola, you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch. During the day, you can also relax on the deck chairs without being overlooked. Household appliances are brand new (a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a traditional oven, a microwave, a large fridge, and a 3-drawer freezer) as well as small appliances (toaster, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee machine, mixer, etc.). From this apartment, everything is located 5 min away on foot: The beaches, the harbour, the promenade, the cinema, the cultural and tourist activities, the markets, and the shopping facilities. 2 minutes away, you will find the old harbour, the fish market, the Victor-Hugo and République Provencal markets, Monoprix, the 7 cinemas, all the shops, and the tourist office. \- 4 minutes away, you will find Veillat beach, Fréjus beach, the promenade with many activities, parking spaces, and an Intermarché supermarket. Für uns vier war die Wohnung angenehm groß mit umfänglicher Ausstattung. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter zu Strand und Hafen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Parken des Autos haben wir für 10 Euro pro Tag ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus benutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und daher etwas lauter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit. Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: In nur einer Minute ist man mitten in der Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften, und auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, ebenso der Abschied. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Ideally located to beaches, restaurants and shops. Atmosphere was great, with character, even though noisy at times (garbage collection and nearby rail tracks). But we kind of expected that and came prepared (we also live in a very quiet rural area and wanted a change). Loved breakfast on the roof terrace. Fully equipped, no fuzz check-in/-out. Aircon upstairs is necessary and sufficient, even with 39°C outside. Banged my head a lot upstairs (I am 196cm) but it was worth it. Good water pressure in shower, spacious. Accessible through the one closed bed-room, which was manageable for two adults one kid. La climatisation est appréciable à l'étage mais on aurait aimé l'avoir aussi en bas mais c'est gérable. le seul hic, pas de place de parking mais le stationnement est un problème général à Saint-Raphaël. Hâte de revenir! Nous avions eu un premier coup de coeur en découvrant l'appartement sur le site. Situé dans une ruelle piétonne derrière le Vieux-Port, dans un petit immeuble ancien, au troisième étage (sans ascenseur, la dernière volée d'escalier est privative). Quand nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, directement : le 2ème coup de coeur! Waouw! L'appartement est magnifiquement rénové, très lumineux, avec une belle décoration personnelle. Et on continue les "Waouw!" en arrivant à l'étage supérieur : une magnifique chambre spacieuse (et climatisée), ainsi qu'une grande terrasse superbe, fleurie, qui fait le tour de la chambre du haut, comme une maison sur le toit, avec une vue sur le vieux Saint-Raphaël sur le grand côté (et l'église Sant Rafèu), un aperçu mer sur un des petits côtés, ainsi qu'une vue sur la basilique sur l'autre petit côté. D'un point de vue pratique, je peux dire que j'ai rarement vu un appartement aussi bien équipé! Tout y est, et même plus! On se sent tout de suite bien dans cet appartement qui a vraiment un supplément d'âme. C'est rare de louer un appartement de vacances comme celui-ci! De plus, il est hyper bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, des commerces, de la gare, des restaurants. Il n'a pas de parking, mais nous avons pu nous garer dans les rues derrière sans trop de difficulté. Cela doit être néanmoins plus compliqué en juillet/août mais des parkings publics proposant des forfaits sont à proximité. Ma fille a dormi dans la chambre du haut et a pu profiter de la climatisation. Il fait effectivement plus chaud dans la chambre du bas mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La proximité des voies de chemin de fer ne nous a absolument pas dérangé, les trains passant à une vitesse très réduite. Facile à vivre pour une famille avec 2 enfants grâce aux 2 étages qui laissent une indépendance a chacun. A 2 pas d un marché quotidien, boulangerie et Monoprix. Facile pour se garer malgré le fait qu il n y ait pas de parking dédié. Excellent accueil. Nb: l appartement est très proche de la gare et du train mais la gêne occasionnée par le passage du train n est vraiment pas gênante. Tout est à votre dispositon, nous n'avons manqué de rien . Très belle terrasse en dernier etage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. C'est une très jolie maison, bien équipée et avec une terrasse sur le toit enchanteur. C\`est une location parfaite en tout point. La maison est cinq minutes a pied de la plage et une minute des restaurants. Zusätzlich dazu, dass das Wetter schon angenehm mild war, hatte auch die Wohnung wirklich alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung mit einem netten Zimmer mit Terrasse im Obergeschoss, wo die Kinder sich sehr wohl fühlten, unten ein nettes Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich mit Essbar. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sehr liebevoll zusammen gestellt und es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts, auch in der Küche. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dessen sehr netter Tante, die ihn bei der Übergabe vertrat, sehr angenehm. Lots of restaurants and shops along the promenade and a nice walk to Frejus so a perfect location. The kitchen and dining area had everything needed for preparing and cooking meals. The sitting area was small and OK for the 2 of us, however not ideal for a larger party. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and even though the railway was in close proximity it didn't disturb us at all. The apartment is advertised as having an elevator (in the Notes area) but there was none - one of the reasons we were attracted to this apartment was that I had recently had a hip replacement so mobility was a prime consideration - having to climb several flights of stairs with no handrails was a bit difficult. ##### Carole H. 2017 年 9 月入住 7 晚
