Situated on a landscaped property of about 1,600 m², this 25 m² accommodation includes a living/sleeping area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and can accommodate 2 people and a baby. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The studio features a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Stairs and an elevator provide easy access. A remotely controlled mosquito repellent system reduces their presence within a 60-meter radius. You can enjoy a heated pool (11 m x 4.40 m) with UV-treated water, as well as a garden in the landscaped outdoor area. The pool is closed from October 20th to the end of April. A parking space is available on the property. One small pet is allowed (no large dogs). Smoking indoors and organizing events are prohibited. Bed linen, dish towels, and towels are available on request or for an extra fee.
