Ferien im La Galine in Agay

Bei unseren dritten Ferien im La Galine merkten wir, dass "man" uns kennt: Die Gastronomen beim Dorfplatz begrüssten uns wie Altbekannte, so fühlten wir uns langsam wie zu Hause. Und wiederum gab es diverse Neuerungen: Neue Küchenutensilien, Pfannen und Geschirr! Ein liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit neuen, bequemen Liegestühlen, und das Haus war blitz-blank sauber! Wir werden bald wiederkommen, nicht zuletzt auch darum, weil die Strandpromenade ausgebaut und von uns noch zu entdecken ist.

Traumhaft schön!

Wir verbrachten unsere dritten Ferien in La Galine. Die Villa bietet auch für vier Gäste genügend Platz und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die es für entspannte Tage braucht. Besonders die Aussendusche brachte erfrischende Abkühlung, nebst den Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Der neue ausziehbare Terrassentisch war perfekt für spontane Essen in grösseren Runden. Ebenso wurden viele Gebrauchsgegenstände vom Eigentümer ersetzt, sodass sich die Villa stets gepflegt und schön präsentiert.Ein grosses Kompliment.

Ein perfektes "Daheim auf Zeit"

Erneut verbrachten wir zwei Wochen Ferien in la Galine. Die Villa liegt traumhaft schön und ruhig am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes mit Blick aufs Meer. Dank dieser Lage ist man innert kurzer Zeit im Wanderparadies oder am Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Seit unserem letzten Besuch wurde viel renoviert, so gibt es z.B. einen neuen Backofen/Herd, eine Nespresso Maschine mit Milchschäumer und neue Duvets/Kissen für die Betten. Einfach toll - wir kommen wieder!

Une maison avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d’Agay, conforme à l’annonce en tous points. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la residence pour nous rapprocher de la plage qui est sinon à 30 min à pied et les commerces sont également en bas de la résidence. A l’arrivée et au départ les clés sont à rapporter à l’agence de Frejus qui est à 30 min de voiture cela rallonge le trajet.

Ein Juwel mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa und waren erneut begeistert. Die Eigentümer investieren laufend und liebevoll (neue Klimaanlagen/Heizungen, frisch gestrichene Wände, neue TV-Möbel und Gartenstühle). Da das Grundstück direkt ins Naturschutzgebiet übergeht, kann es natürlich vermehrt Insekten haben, aber gerade die Lage macht die Villa zum Juwel. Und mit dem schönen, trockenen Wetter waren die harmlosen Tierchen verschwunden. Der dritte Urlaub ist schon gebucht.

Mitbewohner

Es gab zahlreiche Würmer in verschiedenen Größen, die das Haus bevölkerten. Wenn man sie beseitigte, kamen sie nach. Wir sind deshalb nach drei von sieben gebuchten Nächten abgereist. Die Agentur hat anschließend "keine Würmer gefunden" und weigert sich, zumindest einen Teil des Mietpreises zu erstatten. Abgesehen hiervon: Das Haus liegt schön und einsam und es hat einen sehr schönen Blick. Garten schlicht und wenig gepflegt. Innenräume und Möblierung ebenfalls schlicht bis ungemütlich.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Wir waren bereits zum 2.mal im Haus "La Galine". Wir fühlten uns fast schon wie zu Hause. Hier gibt es alles, was im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Eine Wasch- & eine Spülmaschine, alle möglichen Küchenutensilien, eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Wegen der Treppe zur Küche für Menschen mit Gehproblemen nicht geeignet. Wir empfehlen Fenstergitter. Wir haben gerne mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen. Aber leider gibt es dort viele Mücken und wir wurden ziemlich zerstochen.

Ein Kleinod!

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer. Grosser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus direkt beim Eingang im Obergeschoss, da Hanglage. Zugang zum Erdgeschoss über Wendeltreppe (nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder, ältere oder bedinderte Personen). Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alles vorhanden, wenn man selber kochen will (unbedingt Geschirr- /Hand-Tücher und......Toilettenpapier mitbringen!!) Grosser Garten, aber schlecht gepflegt! ++ 1 WC pro Stockwerk, Gartengrill!

Dies kann für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen etwas schwierig sein. Und im Sommer war es sehr heiß, keine Klimaanlage.
