The grounds and rooms are perfect and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. They made our family of 4 (2 young kids) feel so welcome. The food was delicious and there were lots of different choices, including the more casual riverside bar/snack hut for afternoon/evening bits. The pool wasn't lovely large but it never felt too small for the number of guests/rooms. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. "We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained...
