The staff were very lovely and helpful and the common area was a nice touch to have a cup of coffee and rest during the day. I thought the rooms were lacking warmth and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Room is very small.

Excellent location. Large room overlooking the square. Comfortable bed. Nice dining area where breakfast is served - plentiful and a good variety. Bar area is amazing and overlooks the city - great music and ambience

The property was close to the square as well as on a very lively street filled with wonderful restaurants. The hotel was lovely , the staff was very friendly and helpful . They offer a breakfast buffet every morning ( extra charge ) but delicious ! There is a courtyard and the hotel has a bar with great bartenders . I would highly recommend and would absolutely return !

The room was beautifully appointed, with the bathroom and changing area well separated from the sleeping area. The balcony gave a nice view of nearby architecture. The location of the hotel was in walking distance to the main Republic plaza, dining, and the Palais des Beaux Arts. The Citadel park, also in walking distance, served as a viewing point of the solar eclipse. Eurostar train service to London and other locations in mainland Europe was a short 20 min walk away. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I especially appreciated the water spiggets on each floor to fill up your water bottle with either plain filtered or carbonated water. The front desk was mostly helpful, although one woman could have used additional customer support training in cheerfully answering questions. The room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, a welcome respite from the outside heat wave. All in all a wonderful experience. I would return.
