- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 2 : Two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 30 m² facing South
- A terrace of about 7m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
