“Diabolical!! Expedia take this hotel off your list! Looked abandoned it was so unkempt. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Reception should have been open 1700 to 2300H. He arrived 1730H the first night and 1745H the second. Our code for the front door did not work so we could not access our room. When he arrived eventually he called us liars!!! We put our number in and proved to him it did not work. He then slammed the door shut causing small parts of the ceiling to fall on my wife cutting……

“Struttura molto particolare vicino al un mulino. Molto bello il ristorante sia come arredi che come panorama. Abbiamo anche cenato mangiando molto bene. Volendo trovare un neo: la ns camera era in una struttura separata dal blocco principale (diciamo a qualche centinaio di metri) che per la colazione può essere un po' scomodo. Avevamo esigenza di fare colazione alle 7.30, ma il buffet non era ancora completamente allestito.”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“Booked here last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the choice! We were greeted warmly and had a seamless check in. Our room (Deluxe King) was very spacious and we were treated to a true king bed! The room and bath were spotless and the shower is nice and big! My husband and I had an amazing dinner at the restaurant, highly recommend the beef tenderloin! Add this happy accident to our already amazing trip through northern France!!”

“This was a perfect stop for our first evening in France! Charming look huge rooms nice staff. We did not partake in the breakfast due to jet lag. However, we did eat at their restaurant and it was fabulous! Pierre and his staff served us some of the best white asparagus I’ve tasted in my life you think a hotel restaurant would have a limited menu, but not here! They have menu options and various selections all were delicious. Let’s talk wine! Multiple options there as well. Once the weather……
