The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. Most staff members were professional and friendly; however, a few would benefit from additional training. The primary concerns were the leaking garage, limited amenities, and additional charges for room cleaning.
The nearby tram wasn’t an issue—in fact, I appreciated the convenient access. However, ongoing construction made access to the hotel and garage somewhat inconvenient at times.
Would I stay here again? If the construction is completed and the garage leak is fixed, I would consider it.
