It was lovely from outside but quite old and needed attention inside. Reception staff great but bad staff very slow and inattentive.
Pool was very dingy and dark and very noisy filtration or water system. Steam room smelt musty.

The staff were friendly and the room was large and well equipped with excellent air conditioning. A few of the features were a bit worn ( door coming away from wardrobe). Breakfast was varied and excellent

"This hotel offered great value especially as parking is free and in a properly secure/gated car park. Although plenty of spaces (50+) it can still be difficult to find a space (weekend). But there are street spaces outside anyway. Lovely staff. The hotel had a hostel vibe which continued to the hallways ..."
