It’s a very ‘okay’ hotel. For UK people, I’d say that it’s on par with Premier inn or good Travelodge. If that’s what you are after, it’s a great place. I kind of missed being treated very special by 4/5* type hotels. Although the hotel is in keeping with Japanese standards of service and competence, it just missed that extra bit. For eg, when we handed in our luggage to be transferred to another hotel, it just felt like the reception staff felt that it was a chore for them than being happy that we are using the service. Room cleaners did an amazing job and were super nice and friendly. Room, superior double with twin beds, was very okay. (Hot bath on top floor hasn’t actually got a great view because there’s a glass corridor between the bath and the view so it’s very distant (for the women’s one). We’d been spoiled by other hotels in Japan that we weren’t overly excited by this one.

I love staying here. I stay here whenever I visit kanazawa. Staff is so nice To English speakers. and accommodating. Walking distance to the fish market, the shrine, Downtown and The samurai district. The bus stop is just across the street and a block down.

Excellent location, quality hotel. Great, savory breakfast. The staff was the highlight of our stay. Very attentive and helpful.

Room is big and clean. The staff is very nice and polite. It's very near the train station, so you could walk to several tourist spots. But it's next to the train track. Although the windows is sound proof, you could still hear it. If you sensitive to noise, this might not suit you. But our family is fine, we could sleep through the night.
