“The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. “This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!”
