"The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. "We loved this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing - we did room service dinner the night we landed and breakfast buffet two mornings and all was exceptional. Modern clean room with a great shower and nice little extras. Lovely courtyard and garden, pool, lobby, etc. This place was our sanctuary in hectic Delhi. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"Shout out to room cleaning staff. Filled out a survey card on their behalf. Hotel is well run. Coffee shoppe that’s in the lower level should be moved up to main lobby. Excellent coffee/service should be seen not hidden away. Great hotel!"
