Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for a memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Their genuine warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both design and comfort. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying the serene beach sunset views, everything felt perfectly curated to create a peaceful and indulgent escape. We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting.
