A Wonderful Stay at Saletoga Sands Resort We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Saletoga Sands Resort. From the beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities to the warm, friendly service, everything made our time there truly special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, looked after, and completely at home. A very special thank you to Henrieta and the girls on Reception for all their help and kindness, especially when I had trouble with my wet phone. Your patience, assistance, and genuine care were so greatly appreciated! Hector deserves a special mention too — always so helpful, cheerful, and happy, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always had a smile to share. A huge thank you also to Neli, who was incredibly helpful when it came to booking our tours and making sure everything was organised. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. And of course, thank you to our wonderful tour guides Fernando, Farani, and Tana. You were all fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining, and passionate about sharing Samoa with us. You helped make our tours some of the highlights of our trip. Overall, Saletoga Sands is a truly special place, made even better by the amazing people who work there. The hospitality, kindness, and genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Fa’afetai tele lava to everyone at Saletoga Sands Resort! I stayed here last year and everything was great, however this time Aug 2026, things were a bit different, First the price increased, No hand soap in the bathrooms, I asked reception and they said they were out of stock!!! So prior notice for this would have been great, we would have purchased our own, the tiles in the bathrooms were so dodgy and unfinished and not a great look and feels incomplete especially since the prices per room have increased, I booked the Spa massage as the pictures in the website looked amazing, but they were renovating and we ended up in the Hotel room so not really a full outdoor body massage experience we were expecting, Pool was off limits and it took almost 2 days to clean, dissapointing, but the sea was great. Staff service I must say was amazing and very attentive to guest's which is great to see and experience. Will stay again next year as the location next to the airport is handy, so hopefully my experience will be like the first time I stayed

Excellent pool and restaurant. Great water views . Our basic cabin was very basic, which if we stay again would upgrade to a bigger room

Expected a modest place with few amenities. Lots of things not working in room. Ok place nothing special.
