“Our vacation was almost ruined by another fraudulent listing, but Mrs. Andrea accomidated our family of 16 at 3am in the morning. Her staff was ready to take care of us on a short notice and they did everything within their power to make up for the first two days of our vacation. Mrs Andrea spent 3 hours on the phone with me from 11 pm to 3am to work through the rebooking process with VRBO.
