“The host was amazing.theres several fruit trees on property which was a plus to have that added culture right in your yard. The property was very small smaller then the pictures showed over all nice and clean. They also charged a damage fee but there was nothing literally in the property to damage. limited silverware and pot options so cooking isnt something i would recommend. ”

“Lack of communication was terrible
Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access
No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system
No change of linen
No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub
Leakage of water from toilet broken
Only was thing,that was excited was the mango tree.”

“This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.”
