"The staff were the absolute best part of this trip! Travis with guest experience was the absolute best, but I have to say they were all great and amazing. I would come back for that reason. I wish there were more restaurants and bars open but I know it will get better in the future as I just went when they just opened. I would definitely go back. Food and beach and the pool were all amazing "

"The property has alot of activities for kids ( pools, water park and lazy river). Also, our room (jr. Ocean view suite) was very nice and with great view. However, the service was not very good. My son fell and got a bad cut and there was no first aid kit available. We were told that we had to pay the nurse $150usd to get antibacterial oinment and a bandaid. After asking for the manager, guest services said the hotel would cover the fee for the nurse. Also, their was no cocktail menus and the bartenders didn't make good cocktails other than frozen drinks and the drinks were weak. We also had to wait amount an hour for food at the restaurant. Also, it was supposed to be all inclusive but alot wasn't included ( ex. Modelo/Heineken beer etc) and they had room service from 10am to 10pm, but when I called they said only burgers, sandwiches and quesedillas were available and the pasta was available after 10 and I would have to pay for it. The buffets were good with variety and we enjoyed the Red Snapper restaurant which had great views of the beach. So overall that's why I give the resort a 3 star rating. But we still had a good time just know this is not a luxury/five star resort."

"We had a great time during our stay at Couples Tower Isle. The beach is quiet, the pools are sparkling, and the staff go out of their way to help. The food is by far the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. The only sticking point was our room - partly our fault because we asked if we could have a room with a tub. We were given a room with a standard bath tub, not a jacuzzi tub. The room was small, dated, and unfortunately the people in the room below smoked on their balcony. On our last night we had to change rooms because the ac unit started emitting noxious fumes. The room we were moved to was spacious and much better situated. Take it from us, unless you want a jacuzzi tub, stick to a room with a shower. Note - it’s a two hour drive to the resort from Montego Bay."
