The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing,that was excited was the mango tree.”

“Security was great, house was clean. Living area did not have an AC unit so it was pretty hot in that area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were ok.”

“We had an amazing stay at this villa in Jamaica! The communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was great to meet the owner who even let us take a few plant cuttings for our home. Chris the caretaker was fantastic too — he looked after us really well throughout our stay and made everything easy. A special shoutout for letting us stay on after checkout while we waited for our taxi back to Kingston. That small gesture made a big difference. Beautiful place, great people, zero……

“Myself and two senior women friends rented this two bedroom, two bath supposedly cottage for 29 nights, the month of March, what it was, two bedrooms,two baths and a hallway, a very small kitchen outside of our locked unit, that's all. I questioned Mr. Appleton, with a note about our concerns, beginning, how did he think that three senior women who were expecting a cottage according to his description and listed amenities manage for a month in that.
