I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s front desk staff and the shuttle drivers. However, I encountered what felt like differential treatment from a male staff member during breakfast. This was, unfortunately, my first and only experience of such treatment during my entire trip to Finland. I cannot be certain if this was a genuine misunderstanding or if there were other reasons behind it. That said, I did encounter other excellent staff members in the restaurant. I would especially like to thank the Caucasian female server with glasses—thank you for your kindness.

Clean and comfortable, staff very nice and friendly.
