This sunny family villa is located on one of the most beautiful places of the Monte de los Almendros. From the spacious terrace with private swimming pool you look for miles on the Mediterranean Sea, the picturesque white village of Salobreña at the foot of the mountain with the illuminated 13th century Moorish castle and the snowy mountains of the Sierra Nevada. The villa has a separate apartment and can accommodate 8 guests.

The bright, cozy living room / dining room and open kitchen are separated by a number of steps. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The sliding glass doors give access to the spacious terrace with private swimming pool. There are different seating areas, so you can enjoy the beautiful views both in the sun and in the shade. And in the evening you can prepare the daily fresh fish on the gas BBQ on the terrace. The villa has WIFI and TV with international channels.
The 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the same floor. Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, one of which has a bath and the third bedroom uses the family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold).
Villa Aura has a garden with beautiful tropical plants, fruit trees and a generous covered parking space for 2 cars. The parking lot is a few steps walk from the front door. The grounds of the villa can be completely closed off.

Villa Aura is built on the beautiful hill of Monte de los Almendros. The recreational area with tennis court, swimming pool, toddlers 'pool, paddle court and petit restaurant (during the summer months) are a few minutes' drive away.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible.
