The staff were amazing, very clean updated resort but the cold pools put a massive damper on the stay! Website says heated pools and they are not. I spoke with staff and they insisted that one was heated, it is not! They are all freezing. I would not have stayed there if it was advertised correctly with cold pools.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we had a lovely time - the family room is a good size and the kids were in the pool the majority of the time. The only downside of our most recent stay was the convention of american "christian humanitarians" also at the hotel - they were very loud and generally oblivious to anyone else. I'd love to see more variety in the food - the GF bread is a godsend, but there's not much awareness of other dietary requirements.
