Our home is centrally located in the valley. The house is just minutes away from the freeway, highway, and main roads yet tucked away in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic.

The house is clean, spacious, fully furnished, with a fully fenced backyard for privacy, designated workspace, and workout area. The property is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and multiple gyms. It is walking distance to the park, library, and recreational center.

Also, the house is close to multiple world famous ski resorts in the winter and hiking destinations in the summer.

- 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake
- 35 minutes to Park City, Deer Valley, Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird resorts

Plenty of space
There was plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teens and our dog. Beds were very comfortable, the couch by the TV was very comfortable. The basement was significantly colder than the rest of the house, so we just had to turn the heat up a bit before we went down there. Nice fenced in yard. Very responsive host and extremely easy check in.

Great home for large families
Arrived to a complete and thorough list of needed info plus a beautiful vase of fresh flowers on the table. A really nice touch . The home is beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space for a large family get together. Large fully enclose backyard with manicured grass and patio for enjoying the outdoors. Plenty of parking with totally access to a 3 car garage. Beds are comfortable and the downstairs includes 2 , good size comfortable bedrms, and a large updated bathroom with a large shower. Excellent/ quick communication with the home owners, with follow ups to make sure everything was going well. Very simple check in/ check out. We would definitely stay again, thank you For sharing your home. We hope to be back soon .

This was a very comfortable house I had my entire family stay with me 4 adults 3 children and a dog it was very spacious and centrally located to everything you would need!
