“I had an amazing stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my English speaking needs. I had one encounter with the pool bartender who was very rude and dismissive other than that I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.”
