The ocean is close and easily walkable, too, making this home the rare gem that fulfills everyone’s vacation wish list, including up to two dogs, who are welcome. Arrive, park and easily transport your luggage and groceries into the home via a convenient elevator. Note the backyard volleyball net and get motivated for some heated action that is rewarded by a cool down in the private swimming pool. Fix yourself a drink at the screened-in poolside tiki bar and hit the four-person hot tub for a soothing soak. The outdoor facilities also include a full outdoor bath with a shower and toilet, a convenience you’ll find quite useful. If the competitive spirit follows you into the home, you’ll be delighted by a first level game room that features a pool table, flat screen TV and a full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also on this level is a theater room with a leather couch and a large flat screen TV. Pulling the kids away from here may seem like a challenge, but when they have their own bedroom with two sets of bunks and a private bath, they may surprise you. It was a great size for my big family. Lots of room to spread out and have space. Nice big pool. Water views on both the front and back. Nice updated deck. Beds mostly comfortable except for one or two. No bugs. This close to the water I was expecting lots of bugs I never saw anything but flies and that was from us going in and out. Now for the not so great. There are a lot of minor things that need to be taken care of to make this house great. Simply spend a little money to patch up the drywall where needed, replace the broken tiles, replace the broken curtain rods and get new curtains, replace the dishwasher upstairs, get some new pans. And I would swap the tv in the theater room and the one in the great room. It’s too big for that small area. There is more room on the fourth floor to sit and watch something together. Oh and rugs or bathmats, and something to sit on on each floor would be nice, it’s a lot of stairs, maybe a small bench or something in the hallway? These things would make it more homey.
