"I loved the unique individual cabin style accommodation, it gave a feeling that we were in our own apartment. However the one that we were given didn't have a mosquito net and we didn't report it until the last day. We were therefore bitten throughout the stay. There was some renovations going on in the next room. They were careful not to disturb us early in the morning which was good but there was waste and rubbish left outside our cabin which gave it a neglected appearance. The wider public...

"Overall, the property is really nice and clean. Where the service needs to be improved is in the food quality and variety. The meat served was always dried and hard to chew. And more local cuisine wouldn’t hurt. Also, the cleaning ladies must do an effort to be nicer to the customers."

"No refrigerator in my room to put my drinks and other products in. During breakfast at hotel main restaurant I found a giant dead dragonfly in the rolls backet. I informed one of the restaurant staff members. He simply grabbed the basket without saying anything to me. Later i saw the same badket brought back out. Not sure if the bread was throwned away and replaced."

"When i got there, the receptionìst could find my reservation online and i have to send him via email my reservation for proof. The room was not king size, no phone or wifi. Poor service and the room was old."

We asked to look around so as to make a new reservation, but found that the pool was inaccessible as we were informed that it was under renovation. We were also informed that the wifi was not free as indicated in my confirmation. We were also not happy with the 2 units which were left. "
