"The room was clean and the staff were super helpful. Only downside was that our room was a bit far from the lobby, the tv didn’t work, and they didn’t replace our cups. Other than that, great experience; the hotel is really modern, lively and clean, and super close to the center and train station. I recommend!"

"A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior. "

"The property was clean including all reception and entertainment rooms. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. There is a beautiful pool and rooftop area, also coffee cafe, a lovely restaurant and a breakfast buffet. Great place to stay."

"Classic style hotel with lovely architecture. Basic breakfast but it is free and was nice. Room was beautiful with a small patio and a fridge with some free water. Staff were courteous and polite on entry and exit of the hotel and couldn't have been more helpful when checking in. Excellent location for station and City Centre. Recommend staying here if visiting Florence/Firenze."
