Only if i knew that the family 2 bedroom apartment is a basement dungeon with bedrooms having no windows underground. Yes!! The bedrooms ARE in the freaking basement. One bedroom has a tiny window and you can see people walking on the street, you cant see people actually, only their legs. . Second bedroom had NO windows at all! It was slightly bigger than my walk-in closet at home. So claustrophobic people be aware of this bedroom situation . No where in the description i could read about this!! So we checked in and left 2 hours later. Thankfully Expedia rebooked us to a different hotel and literally saved my vacation as Bob W was absolutely useless. Never again.

This is my 3rd stay- very convenient to t gf e old town, easy access to transport and the ferry zdock, great breakfast, nice room . All at: a winner!

As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer. We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa , but I did view the area which was top notch. I wish we had more time at the Burman. We will definitely revisit.

Centrally located within the Old Town area, this apartment is hidden behind a graffiti covered wooden wall and inner courtyard that needs some tidying up. But after climbing steep steps (no one with mobility problems should stay here) you enter a hidden gem: a spacious, historic apartment with two large bedrooms. It’s clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen. Recommended!

This is a fantastic place. It's extremely clean, has every possible modern convenience, ideally located, and very large. Loved it and will be glad to book this property in future. The communication beforehand about the check in process was unnecessarily convoluted. I had multiple exchanges with the Nexus Team, and only at the very end did they make it clear that they communicate via WhatsApp for security and privacy. In addition to using the WhatsApp platform, the check in details are sent via WhatsApp the morning of check-in. What if my spouse didn't have WhatsApp? Thankfully he does, but why couldn't Nexus state these facts about their process at the outset?
