It’s situated in an enviable location, less than 400 metres from the town square, and only 800 metres to the Grand Massif Express lift. The free ski bus stop is only 100m away. The mixture of original stone work and Spruce wood, together with contemporary fixtures and fittings, give the chalet a spacious, stylish and sublime feel. Although newly built the chalet feels like a traditional Savoyard farmhouse. The centre of Samoens is only a stone’s throw away, although the chalet sits at the end of a no-through road, so is very peaceful. On the ground floor you enter into an impressive triple aspect living area, with corner sofa and imposing open stone fireplace. The many windows allow natural light to flood in, and in one corner there is a dining area, with seating for 10 guests. The kitchen is separate; and has patio doors that lead straight onto the outdoor eating area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, with plenty of workspace and a professional range cooker with two ovens. Also on this floor is a cosy en-suite bedroom with en-suite. The sweeping wooden staircase takes you to three further bedrooms. The master suite is zoned into 2 areas – a gorgeous bathroom, semi open to the bedrooms with doors opening onto a south facing balcony. The other two bedrooms on this floor have charming features, with wooden beams, and a dressing area. On the top floor, there is a very impressive space with leather sofas to relax in and watch television. There is sleeping for 2 people on sleigh beds. Outside there is a luxury 6-seater HOT-TUB. Enjoy summer days in the lovely garden, which isn’t overlooked, and also the large covered south facing terrace. A beautiful traditional mazot sits in the garden. There is parking outside for 2-3 cars (2 spaces are covered). We provide the firework for your stay. All start and end of stay cleaning is included in the price, as well as luxury linens and towels. Having stayed in in Chalets for over 20 years, Frahans is one of the ones to beat. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood only a stones throw from Samoens town centre and a ten minute walk to the Grand Massif gondola. This is clearly someone's well styled, warm and inviting home. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.Masterbedroom ziemlich kalt, da der grosse deckenhohe Raum mit 1 kleinen Heizung nicht ausreichend versorgt wird und die Handtuchwärmerheizung defekt war und so schnell nicht repariert werden konnte. Would definitely book again. It is worth noting that there is only one en-suite toilet, which is the ground floor room. The chalet is simply gorgeous - comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in the perfect location for a peaceful yet convenient holiday. Just a minute’s walk to the local supermarket and a 5 minute drive to the ski lift made staying here so relaxing and easy. Our children spent hours on the swing in the attic room whilst we relaxed by the stunning open fire downstairs. Spacious, homely feel and the best fire for the evenings. Our second year running it felt like home. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce magnifique chalet, décoré avec goût et très confortable ! L'ambiance est très cosy et les soirées autour de l'incroyable cheminée, sont très plaisantes et reposantes. Le village est tout proche, vous pouvez faire vos courses à pied. Pour les activités il y en a pour tous les goûts : ski, raquettes, randonnées ...les paysages sont magnifiques . Séjour d'une semaine très agréable dans le magnifique chalet frahans ! Les photos sont à la hauteur du lieu, tout est beau, bien décoré, et bien pensé. La communication avec Liz a été très agréable et ensuite sur place avec l'agence également. Suite à un souci électrique Tim s'est déplacé en pleine nuit afin de nous dépanner, tout était parfait ! Il faisait incroyablement propre et neuf quand nous sommes arrives. La localisation est top: à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Samoëns.
