This semi-detached chalet offers a stunning view of the Nant d’An waterfall, located near the Giffre River and the village center. Enjoy the charm of this lively Haute-Savoie village in both winter and summer. A parking space is available in front of the property, and the SkiBus stop is just 50m away. This T4-style semi-detached chalet, featuring a lovely south-facing terrace for summer and a cozy living area perfect for winter, includes: A fully equipped kitchen 2 bathrooms Separate WC 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm), and a balcony (upstairs bedrooms) 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) (upstairs bedrooms ) 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (80 cm) + a trundle bed (80 cm) (upstairs bedroom) A convertible sofa (140 cm) for two in the living room Amenities for your comfort: Television Hairdryer Iron and ironing board Drying rack Raclette machine Fondue set Private outdoor parking space Ski equipment storage at the apartment entrance Garden furniture Pool opening periods: Outdoor: From 01/07 to 31/08, 9 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\] Closed in case of storms, as decided by the management.
