The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, TV, parking, and extra towels and linen for your convenience. Located just 0.3 km from the stunning Aghia Paraskevi Beach, guests can explore nearby Livadaki Beach, known for its shallow waters, restaurants, and water sports. Adventure seekers can visit the mountains of Kerkis and Ambelos, offering breathtaking scenery. The main ports of Vathi and Karlovasi are 8 and 9 km away, respectively, with public transport accessible nearby. The villa features an automated eco-friendly pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, following strict safety and hygiene rules. Samos Airport is 23 km away, making arrival and departure convenient.
