Tourist Accommodations

  • "O Paxar" is a former barn that has been completely restored and converted into a rustic-style home. It is located 1 km from the Benedictine monastery of Samos and right in the heart of the Camino de Santiago. It is surrounded by native forests with scenic trails and a high-mountain river. The area boasts excellent cuisine. <br>You’ll have exclusive use of the house—no other guests—which sleeps up to 4 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed, another with two twin beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. It also features an attic area with a bed/tatami mat, perfect for relaxing and reading. The outdoor space is divided into two areas: one with a barbecue and the other with a garden. The house has a parking area.

Excellent in every aspect

Greeted by Amaria our hostess who was welcoming and delightful. A truly sensitively converted little stone farm house with everything you need. A great little garden and patio everything for a quiet stay. A village with small shops, restaurants and bars just up the road and a C6/7th monastery to visit all set in a wooded setting. My most favourite stay ever.

Acogedora y encantadora casa
