The place is a bit out if the way but I didn't mind that. I just needed a bed for the night and it served that purpose. The staff were as helpful as they could be. I was in room 110 and it was basic but adequate and the shower had good pressure and plentiful hot water. The shower head needs refixing to the wall but it's a minor thing. The room served its purpose so I was happy.

They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Great welcome from the receptionist as we arrived and was incredibly helpful with check in and advising us on getting a bus into Leon. Supermarket just over the plaza is very good too.

Estancia correcta
