It has access to the Lake, hiking trails and an amazing local guide who can assist you with every aspect of your trip from transportation to ideas on things to do.The living space is very comfortable and rustic. Please take note that you are in the middle of the jungle with this studio and therefore there is a plethora of bugs that will also accompany you on your stay.The view is breath taking it positioned directly across from San Pedro, I believe but don’t quote me...

"A breathtaking scenery. Beautiful home. We travelled with small children. The hike to the house was a challenge. Every time we made it to the house we felt it was worth it. Be prepared to climb quite a distance by foot on a narrow path. There is lots to do in San Marcos and the neighbouring towns of San Juan and Panajachel are a must visit. Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful view. "

"We live in Los Angeles and I traveled to San Marco with my 79 year old mom, 8 yr old daughter, and a friend. We stayed at Seven Volcanoes' two new apartments (top and bottom floor) and felt very much at home. The apartments were built with beautiful wood ceilings and the showers are stylish and modern. We loved the views of the volcanoes from our balcony and my mom said, "I am going to just stay here, there is no need to go anywhere!" We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea and cooking...

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."
