We booked a family room for four for a two‑night stay. The photos online looked great, and the lobby initially gave us hope—it’s huge and impressive at first glance. But once we settled in, it became clear the hotel has seen better days. It feels stuck in the early ’90s, with worn-out furnishings and a generally dingy atmosphere. Breakfast was the biggest issue. While the food and selection was very good, the hotel hosts tour groups, and the dining area was overwhelmed. Imagine trying to eat while hundreds of people zigzag around you, bumping into you, all while the noise is absolutely deafening. Not exactly the morning experience we wanted. The one bright spot was the staff. Every employee we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

This is a very nice hotel! It's well-located, has an excellent breakfast buffet and the staff was very helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable, with a strong WI-FI signal.
