Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Great location in the city but management was not reachable or responsive. The individual who spoke English deferred to her Spanish speaking colleague. Safe was locked and never unlocked. One small partial roll of toilet paper and not responsive to requests for more. TV in bedroom didn’t work and management said they would fix but never came. Hair in refrigerator and crumbs in microwave. No A/C which is fine but bar outside was too noisy to leave windows open. No shampoo or hair dryer.

NOT a holiday let!!

Photographs did not match reality-no extractor fan or hairdryer; clock stopped; dusty; needed 3 keys to get from road to room. Equipment very cheap. No tourist info; worst, the windows overlooked an open-air restaurant open until 3am so very noisy at night. No aircon. But very central, great restaurant Houcha across the road. On a steep hill.
