Fiz a reserva que dizia que tinha estacionamento e em outro site dizia banheiro privativo. Reservei a do banheiro porém na chegada não havia estacionamento e o quarto que reservei nao era de banheiro privativo. Não lembro o nome, mas quem me atendeu foi rude, nem se importou e não fez questão de verificar algo para corrigir o erro do anúncio, desculpas ou qq coisa (ele é gordinho baixinho de óculos). Dirigi 18hs de Buenos para Bariloche e paguei mais caro por causa do banheiro. A atendente polyana é a melhor, sem duvidas! 6 dias só tiravam papel do banheiro, não limpavam. Quatro maravilhoso com aquecimento. Local com escada barulhenta. Jantar à noite delicioso. Ambiente alegre. Wi-Fi muito ruim e não pega no quarto, trabalho no celular e sofri ! Café da manhã básico, pão, geleira, café com leite e suco.

el hotel esta bien ya que bueno de vacaciones se va a dormir solamente, las habitaciones no son como las fotos , mucho mas pequeñas y simplemente una cama no hay tv no armarios, generalmente entran a la habitación en tu ausencia y no se para que ya que ni la cama hacen. el personal del hotel excelente liliana muy amable nos coordino todas las excursiones y siempre pensando en comodidad economica, dentro de todo en cuanto a precio esta bn, la habitacion un poco fria pero en recepcion nos prestaron una estufa

Lugar bem localizado na cidade dando acesso ao centro em 10 min de caminhada, uma vista bonita de parte do lago, camas confortáveis e cobertas super quentes, funcionários super animados e interativos. Recomendo.

Nettes Hotel mit gutem Service.
Gute Service, saubere Zimmer nur leider hatte ein Gast mit Bettwanzen zu kämpfen und der Müll im Aufenthalts/Frühstücksraum stinkt. Zudem hat das Internet im 2ten Stock nicht funktioniert. Auch nachdem darauf hingewiesen wurde keine Änderung der Situation.
