"Most importantly CLEAN. Friendly helpful staff, have to valet which I hate but those young men were in it and friendly. Walkable to the theatres so if you seeing a concert no need for worries about getting there "

"The Arcade is a very cool place to stay. It's in downtown and in close walking distance to shops and a great restaurant area as well. The hotel was very clean and the room was amazing! The only negative for us was the parking situation. It's confusing where to pull up in front of the hotel to check in and you feel almost obligated to get valet parking at $50/ night. You can leave your luggage at the front of the hotel with valet and park in a nearby parking garage cheaper but then have to walk a good distance back to the hotel to get your things. Its a bit of a hassle so we opted for the valet. Didn't bother us just letting others know. Overall a great experience."
