Holiday Rental In Chianti Tuscany With swimming pool and restaurant

Apartment inside Agriturismo Valleverde in Chianti area, with Swimming Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden, BBQ, close Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Our Agriturismo Valleverde (Green Valley), have a restaurant inside owned by my family, with traditional tuscan food and wines, there also walking paths, 1,5km from shops & Village.
Sleeps 6, the apartment have three bedrooms, three bathrooms , a living area with a kitchen corner full equipped and a beautiful terrace outside.
The apartment ha air conditioning, Wi-Fi is free and pets are welcome!

Amazing host, great location
A perfect location to explore Tuscany from. Lovely quiet grounds, beautiful pool and Daniela the host could not be more attentive.

Great location but disappointed
I chose this property as a family treat and splashed out on 3 bedrooms all with en suite plus other provisions listed and the reviews on this site. When we arrived my daughter put her arms on the table and got black marks on her sleeves. The laundry was a greenhouse with broken glass and the washing machine that guests could use was rusting and chargeable, even though it should have been included. I asked but not confirmed. The biggest double room had a bad smell so my daughters decided to share the twin room. I mentioned the smell and was assured of a further deep clean but I’m not sure it was done - we were out - and the smell remained so we didn’t use the room all week, what a waste. There was also a bucket of stagnant water on our path under the air con, it wasn’t emptied all week and we didn’t have the remote for the air con unit. The listing said a toaster was there and it wasn’t and when I asked, other apartments were checked but it didn’t come until that evening. The listing said beach towels were provided but again I had to ask for those. The sparse guide said to put bottles and plastic in the car park bin that was full to start with and then disappeared. One evening we got out the pool, came back and there was no hot water. It couldn’t be fixed and they couldn’t get an engineer until the next day so we went 16 hours without hot water. Upon check out I was asked to pay my balance even though I was fully paid as per the Vrbo terms. Very upsetting.

Everything about Daniela’s house is great. It’s quiet, clean, a great Italian breakfast and staff were so accommodating. From the moment we arrived Daniela made us feel so welcome. She offered to take us shopping for food and also arranged a rental car. It was a great visit and we will be back.

Tuscan travels
Loved our farm house stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were even delivered fresh eggs! Day trips to wineries and Siena were also delightful.
