Casa Vertiz is a lovely old property that has been restored with lovely touches and beautiful details. It sits in a perfect spot near all of downtown touring spots , so very walkable. The staff is kind and property secured with guard by10 pm.
My only complaint is the noise from maids and personnel inside, as it is a small “hotel”.
I specifically asked for an upstairs room ( noting other reviews about noise) and they were not able to accommodate. Altogether a nice stay but small rooms and bit noisy.

Fabulous hotel. Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel
