Beautiful property that provides a true “pura vida” experience. Spacious, modern rooms with great amenities for travelers. Outdoor rainshower was a pleasant surprise & the property host was so kind and informative. Also a lovely communal outdoor area, with lots of fun seating. Good parking if you drove, and walkable. Would stay again if visiting Tamarindo.

SuiTree was a wonderful place to stay for my first trip to Costa Rica. The reception on arrival was warm and welcoming. The room was exactly as pictured - no surprises and everything was in working order. The staff were excellent - every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to be of service. Special mentions go to Grace, Carlos, and Johnny who made the experience exceptional! Since I traveled during the low season, the property was undergoing some renovations, but this was made known in advance of my travel. Also, with it being the low season for tourists - easily getting a table for breakfast and dinner and receiving such personal attention was very nice. Speaking of the restaurant, Taru, the food was phenomenal! I tried multiple different dishes over breakfasts and dinners and all were delicious. The only issue that I ran into was when taking an Uber, the maps for the drivers gave incorrect directions. I’ll mention that you can get transfers directly from the hotel, but I made a last-minute decision to go to the beach and used Uber instead. I approached Grace and explained the issue and she generously provided directions to the driver and made sure I knew the correct way to get back if the issue arose on return. Of note on Uber - it was very safe with both my drivers using trip recording for added security. For excursions, I used Wild Papagayo and highly recommend them. SuiTree delivered on being an excellent experience!

Loved everything about this hotel. Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean and exceed my expectations. Tea time towards the evening was great! My room was exceptional. The staff made sure I was great at all times! Cesar, Paulina, Maria Jose, Errol shout out to you guys! Thank you so very much for everything!

This is definitely more of a three-star Resort

The Hotel is renovated and beautiful, but there is no A/C at the elevator, every time you go in is like get into a heater, with other people you can't breathe, I can't imagine being stuck there if fails. At check out they allow you to have lunch but at a small restaurant outside with a very limited food, and no Ice cream, no coffee, the machines not working properly, no restrooms near this place either, you have to walk all the way to main hotel to have one. We came back to the main spot at the hotel for a coffee and they told us if you don't have a bracelet you have to go to the small restaurant and ask for it, we explain and they simply don't have working machines and we were not able to have a coffee. That make you feel like you are stealing something that you already pay in a "all inclusive" The pool is nice, clean and renovated, restaurant is great, they offered to bake a cake with reservation, they send Ice cream and desserts from the food served, and serve cake for other people, why bother you with the reservation if the service is not completed. There is many Restaurants but theyclose the steak restaurant, you dont even have the chance to reservate, what they called strategy is fail for customers, on Friday it was full already when we came at the check in they don't offer an option, on Saturday they close totally you can't make reservations and Sunday you are not able to use it because you have to leave early. It's offensive offering something you can't. Take note
