Your Costa Rica Vacation Itinerary

  • Day 1: Most travelers fly into Juan Santamaria International Airport, just outside San José. Drop off your bags at your hotel before exploring downtown San José, including Mercado Central and the historic neighborhood of Barrio Amón.

  • Day 2-4: Book a rental car and drive north for around three hours to La Fortuna. This is the base for exploring Arenal Volcano National Park. Continue to Monteverde and explore its mystical Cloud Forest Reserve, zip line parks and suspension bridges.

        The only issue I had with the property was the food.... The Asian place is the best option for dinner if you want special stuff and Tex mex breakfast. Costa Rica does that have pretty beaches so don’t get your expectations up. I will definitely come back a million times
