Residents are mostly long term residents, everyone knows each other. Beach is with just a 3 blocks down. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Hot Water Shower available. WIFI, SMART TV. WASHER DRYER. HAIR DRYER. IRON. PARKING SPOT

Newly painted home and upgraded. Experience Puerto Rican Living with modern amenities. Ceiling Fans, Full Window Screens, Hot Water, Full size Stove and Fridge.

The Apartment was recently upgraded and is well furnished with air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed from the couch , a desk, and has access to WIFI and equipped with smart TV.

Living among the locals

I’ve never been to the island. I was there for work. I stayed here for almost a month and it literally became like home. I don’t speak any Spanish but the neighbors were all kind and never took my parking spot. The road was newly paved during my stay. I was gone every day so I was not inconvenienced in the least. The only difficult experience was the massive power outage but that was no fault of the owner. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning for work and plan to stay there again.
