The unit was clean, cool and comfy. It's at the heart of Condado where almost every basic thing you need to get is just walking distance. The internet was slow with many interruptions, though. Our last night, the whole area didn't have power and there was no generator. A bit of a scare coz our phones were running out of juices. But the lights return on time around midnight just enough time to charge all our phones and electronic gadgets. Response to customer service call was quick but not all issues were addressed probably beyond their control. So yeah! we would love to return here!

It was a great stay. The property is walking distance to many food options. I hope they add a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries it was a little annoying not having a shelf in the shower as well.

Great place and very clean. Parking was easy to find on the side of road. All near. Just 2 minutes to Condado beach. Beach is excellent. Everything in near walking distance: Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, parks, Cigar louges, ice cream shops, etc.

Loved this place - comfy beds, lots of space for the family, and a full kitchen. Two blocks from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Be advised - it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some). The management was super responsive answering questions and assisting with parking and late checkout. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is very good, spacious, towels, beach chairs, the kitchen is equipped, close to the beach and severals restaurants. The only thing that has to change is the shower, the water is very weak.

Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better.

I liked that they had the option for early check-in and late check-out (for an additional fee). It is also within walking distance to a Walgreens for any last minute needs and also has many cafe/dining options nearby. What I did not like was the noise level. The property is located directly next to a bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and my room was street-facing. At night, the crowds would get rowdier and on a few occasions, they had karaoke, so needless to say I had difficulty sleeping.

It was adequate and clean. Missing a closet and would have preferred the TV in the bedroom of the suite. Next time I would get the studio instead. Also, all management is done remotely. There's no one on the premises to meet for check-in or any request. It would've been easier to check in if I would've known that.

Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show.

Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working properly. How ever people was friendly enough to pick up the pone all the time even though they couldn’t do much my first 2 days. After my 3rd day I was extremely happy.

this was a decent place and i am not picky but i was not warned of how noisy it is at night. we were the first door when you come in and there is barely a hallway to get to the room. we could hear everything outside the door and the windows. it sounded like the windows were opened the whole time. the place was clean and had all of the necessities. the windows also are just blurred and can’t actually see out of them. the wifi only worked the first day so keep that in mind. we didn’t have any table, but it was similar to a studio apartment so it probably wouldn’t be able to fit but none of the pictures online showed rooms without the kitchen table so we were surprised. overall i would rate it a 3 as the location was good and safe. 5 min walk from beach access.

So this is the first time we’ve ever been to Puerto Rico. We stayed at this property for 7 days. Overall it was a good experience. Here’s a couple pro’s & cons since there aren’t many reviews. Cons: • Shower curtain is short so when you shower water splashes on the floor we had to put towels on the floor (Simple solution). • Small ants in the bathroom. No big deal all you have to do is spray their trail with bleach. But they’ll be back the next day. Mostly found in the bathroom. Most likely sugar ants. •Hallway light if you have someone sleeping in the living room (We didn’t) the hallway light can be operated by anyone so if the light is left on the light can be seems through the door since it has coated glass. •If you’re a light sleeper please read. There is noise from people talking when they go inside their apartment or motorcycles that pass by. Simple solution to that is ear plugs which were provided and worked great for me. Pros: • Literally close to everything! A 5min walk to the beach. The street before the beach has a whole strip of restaurants and local things to do. • The place looks nicer on the inside than the outside would lead you to believe. • Had no issues with parking. • The A/C’s are COLD! Amazing sleep guaranteed. • Has all the essentials stove, silverware, plates, towels, wash cloth, and they even have beach chairs for you to borrow if you don’t have your own. • Wifi worked great and they have a smart TV.
