    "Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again."

    "Disappointing and the property is much simpler than the pictures. Surprised there were no toilet seats in some toilets, the toilet lid in our room is broken, there is no ac so a single fan is supplied which was very difficult to position on 3 people. We asked for another but they did not give us one. The towels supplied for the pool were stained with what appeared to be makeup. The complimentary mini body cream and gel were half empty.
