"The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and the food we ate at the resort was very good! Only downside was an issue we had with a 3rd party they use to go deep sea fishing. We paid extra for a larger boat but got the same boat that came with the package that was $350 cheaper. We tried to get this resolved with the staff before leaving since they were closed but they weren’t able to do anything. A week later we heard back from the company and they did not help and actually blocked my boyfriend after he explained what happened as wrong…. So don’t use the company they are associated with for fishing, or if you do make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for prior to the trip. "

"Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful "

"The rooms were beautiful, very clean and always well stocked with everything we needed, the nightly turn down service with lovely cookies was a delightful surprise, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary while there, the staff were wonderful. One suggestion, nightly live music or some entertainment would have been a nice touch. "

"We just returned from our first trip to Belize and are already daydreaming about a trip back. The resort was clean and the rooms were large. The staff was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience. I called ahead of time and they helped us coordinate ferries and transports to the hotel. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. The hotel is a smidge off the beaten path, but accessible to everything by golf cart. Everything is very close. Restaurant and bar were nice, staff was super friendly! Highly recommend Las Terrazas!!"
