“Located right in the town.. Close proximity to many restaurants and party spots. Cheffy is the host and he is very helpful. He recommended spots for me to visit and was very attentive whenever he was needed. You can also drive to Secret Beach from here and its about 40mins by golf cart but I recommend the drive because its very scenic and you get to see the island.. I'd definitely recommend here for the price and the location and knowing you can get assistance from Cheffy.”

“Villa 5 was amazing! My family and I felt right at home. Everything in the villa was clean and in working order. The grounds are well maintained and we spend a few nights just hanging out while the kids were in the above ground pool. The pool isn’t great for swimming it it helped keep the kids cool. Centrally located. Walking distance to shopping and dinning. ”

“Great Location and Rooftop Patio. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner was very accomodating to our early checkin and transfers to and from the airport. We were able to book a golf cart directly through them with ease. Would recommend.”

“Aruna Resort & Villas is a beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting San Pedro. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and cater to your every wish from the front office of Rose and Suzy, to the wait staff and boat captains. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the boat to come and pick us up to take us to San Pedro or back to the resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the views are wonderful. Truly a vacation to remember. ”

“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. “Sunbreeze Suites is a nice cozy beachfront hotel. The location is the best. Walking distance to everything. We rented a gulf cart but only used it to go to secret beach. We walked everywhere else. The hotel was very clean. We had a Oceanview room on the 2nd floor. The room was very spacious with all amenities and a nice size balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable. The room had nice pictures on the wall. Very decorative. No tv in the bedrooms, only in the living room area. The……

“Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap”
