“What stood out was the attention of the staff outside, pool area, reservation, and restaurant service. 10 out of 10. The only issue we had was the cleaning room service, really aggressive in saving materials, towels, sheets, covers, and toilet paper. Given the minimum in every category i just mention. 2 towels, 1 toilet paper, and did not change the covers or the sheets.”

“Great stay ! Amazing time ! Enjoy all amenities and interacting with locals.Jorge the supervisor was amazing with frequent check in to make sure we were comfortable and accommodate us well especially since flights to NYC was canceled due to storm.
Great workers especially at the bar by the pool they went above and beyond . Try that coco loco drink . I will definitely recommend this stay. Only setback was the shower water could be a lil warmer. However after a day or two your body gets use to……
