"We had a lovely stay in Selvista! The location was perfect, close to so many great activities on Ometepe. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views and peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was also really good, we felt well taken care of the whole time. Definitely a spot we’d recommend to anyone visiting the island!"

We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. "A very nice hotel just outside Moyogalpa on Ometepe. It's a very nice property with large comfortable and clean rooms. There was a choice of breakfasts and all the meals were very good. Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay and we were not aware of this when we booked. English is very limited there but we enjoyed our stay there even without the pool. Loved Ometepe and would stay here again."

The WiFi was ok, just keep in mind this is an eco hotel so the water is not hot, the toilets are compost besides the check in area, no air conditioning etc but our stay was amazing and well worth it.
