Located in the modern Riberas de Loyola area, this cosy apartment is situated on the second floor of a contemporary building with a lift, without architectural barriers.   
  
The property has three bedrooms, all equipped with single beds of 90 cm. It has two full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, both functional and well distributed.   
  
The living-dining room is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing or sharing group meals, and the independent kitchen is fully equipped.
